Felicia Workspace
Last updated: October 22, 2026
1. Overview
Felicia Workspace is a privately operated personal productivity and calendar management system powered by Hermes. It is used by its authorized operator and is not offered as a public service.
2. Google User Data We Access
With authorization, Felicia Workspace may access Google Calendar data, including calendar names, event titles, dates, times, descriptions, locations, meeting links, attendees, and invitation status.
The integration requests Google Calendar permissions that support reading, creating, updating, and deleting events when instructed by the authorized user.
3. How We Use Google User Data
Calendar information is used to prepare daily schedule briefings, identify scheduling conflicts, coordinate appointments, and carry out authorized calendar management requests.
4. Processing and Sharing
Automated calendar briefings are generated by a locally executed Python script without making requests to an AI model.
Briefing information is transmitted to Discord through its API for delivery to a designated workspace channel. Access to messages is governed by the channel and server permissions.
Conversational calendar assistance may transmit scheduling instructions and relevant calendar information to OpenAI services for processing and generating responses.
Google Calendar data is not sold or used for advertising purposes.
5. Data Storage and Retention
OAuth credentials, application configuration, calendar access metadata, and certain operational records are stored on the operator's local computer. Conversational history, tool results, cached documents, and diagnostic records may also be retained locally.
Data may remain stored until it is manually deleted, the application configuration is reset, or relevant service retention policies apply. No universal automatic deletion period is currently implemented.
Messages delivered to Discord are subject to Discord's storage and retention practices. Information processed by external AI services is subject to the applicable provider's policies.
6. Data Security
Access to the local system is managed through operating system permissions and access to connected services is controlled through authentication and authorization mechanisms.
OAuth credentials are stored in local configuration files. They are not published on the Felicia Workspace website or intentionally included in Discord briefings.
7. User Control
The authorized Google account holder can revoke Felicia Workspace's Google access through their Google Account security settings. Locally stored application data can be reviewed and removed by the system operator.
8. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated when the system's functionality, integrations, or data handling practices change.
9. Contact
For privacy-related inquiries, contact the Felicia Workspace operator using the support email listed on the application's Google OAuth consent screen.
